Based in Asia for over 25 years, Jo Kaye has travelled the world for three decades. She has written numerous travel guides and has extensive knowledge of the luxury travel market. She has worked closely with Hilton to save the Indonesian orangutan, elephants and the country’s precious and rare Leuser Ecosystem in Aceh. Jo knows what the discerning traveller wants. From arrival to departure, she will be 'out there' with you and Paul Hilton ensuring your holiday lives up to your high standards.

Shane Tierney

Shane Tierney

Shane is a Bali-based expert and instructor in the fast-growing sport of freediving and breath-hold training. He is qualified and experienced in teaching all levels of freedivers up to instructor, in both the Apnea Total and PADI freediving education systems. He is also a qualified Survival Apnea Instructor (breathing and breath holding for surfers). From 2010 to 2013 Shane was head instructor at Apnea Total Freediving School in Koh Tao, Thailand and later became a member of the safety team at one of the most prestigious freediving competitions of the year, The One Breath Jamboree, in Bali. Shane works with some of the worlds top freedivers during specialised training camps and has freedived in some of the most remote and challenging areas of Indonesia. Match is an Australian-born adventurer and coach with an insatiable desire for exploring the world and sharing it with others in a sustainable and environmentally aware way. Residing primarily in Bali, Match splits his year between Indonesia, Australia and Japan while also visiting many other Asian countries throughout the year. Match's background is broad and varied but is heavily weighted toward fitness, adventure sports and coaching in multiple disciplines of both physical and mental training. Match is responsible for making sure both the clients and team are correctly and adequately prepared for the physical and mental challenges they face in the unforgiving jungle and other environments. ‘My greatest thrill in life is to see the look on someone’s face the first time they learn a new skill or experience something they never thought possible before and know that I played a small part in that.’
